获取该快应用下已保存的本地缓存文件列表

complete	function		否	接口调用结束的回调函数（调用成功、失败都会执行）

res.fileList 的结构

属性	类型	说明
filePath	string	本地路径
size	number	本地文件大小，以字节为单位
createTime	number	文件保存时的时间戳，从 1970/01/01 08:00:00 到当前时间的秒数
